  • 2 c shredded chicken

  • 2 c shredded cheese

  • 10 flour tortillas

  • 3 Tablespoons butter

  • 3 Tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups chicken broth or cream of chicken

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 4 ounce can diced green chiles

  • Green onions for garnish

Oven at 350, combine chicken with 1 c cheese, s&p in bowl. Place chicken in tortillas, roll and put in casserole dish. Melt butter and make roux, add broth. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream and green chiles. Pour over enchiladas, top with cheese, bake 25. Turn broiler on at the last to brown the top. Top with green onions.
