Chili
What is in Chili Powder? Sweet paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano and cumin.
Mix Chili Powder into the raw ground beef before cooking to ensure every morsel is seasoned to perfection.
BROWN ALE is the only way to go! Moose Drool from Fred’s tastes great.

▢4 cloves garlic minced
▢2 ½ tablespoons chili powder divided, or to taste
▢1 teaspoon cumin
▢1 green bell pepper seeded and diced
▢28 ounces crushed tomatoes 1 can
▢Kidney beans drained and rinsed
▢14.5 ounces Rotel
▢2 cups beef broth
▢BROWN ALE beer
▢1 tablespoon tomato paste
▢Brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
Masa
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican mix
Green onions & sour cream
Mix 2.5 tbs chili with ground beef and brown beef. Stir and chop beef with spatula to crumble. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until the meat is brown and almost cooked through. Add the onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne, and tabasco.
Cook while stirring, until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to large pot. Add everything but masa, cheese, green onions, and sour cream. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool. Put in the fridge overnight.
Reheat slowly. Once it’s all liquidy, stir masa with a little water and mix into chili to desired thickness. Turn up a little and heat to boiling. Serve over Fritos or rice.
