Hannibal Sauce
π₯ Hannibal Sauce (easy at-home version)
Start with:
Β½ cup mayonnaise
1β2 tbsp ketchup
1β2 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
Then add:
1β2 tbsp finely chopped onion (or shallot)
1 tbsp finely chopped pickles or relish
Balance it:
1 tsp vinegar (or pickle juice π)
Pinch of sugar (if needed)
Salt + pepper
π₯ What youβre aiming for:
Slightly sweet
Tangy
Little crunch from onion/pickle
Creamy but not bland
π‘ Pro move (and I highly recommend this):
Let it sit 10β15 minutes before serving

Unreal with the finger steaks (cuts the richness)
